data you provide when you register for the Site, and any personal data provided

you e.g. where you submit data to us about your employer or a client company).

Please note that there may be a small charge for making an access request in relation

5. Are personal data disclosed to
other entities?
The data will only be disclosed to certain types of staff within
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (i.e. staff whose job it is to process your
enquiries and orders or otherwise to administer the Site and those staff
involved in the provision of services and products which may be of interest to
you) and they will only process the data for the purposes identified in this
Privacy Statement.
Personal data will also, subject to applicable law, be disclosed:

6. How long are personal data
retained?
We will keep your personal data only as long as it is reasonably necessary for

the Site and to the extent necessary to preserve our rights or allow us to
comply with our obligations in relation to your registration, for 7 years from
the date your registration is terminated, whichever comes last.
